‘Justice’ Electronically Measures Pilgrims' Feedback on Hajj Agencies

In an initiative to move towards eServices and allow massive communication with the public, the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs launched the new “Pilgrims' Feedback on the Hajj Travel Agencies” eService via the eGovernment portal (www.bahrain.bh). Such service was available in order to measure their opinions on the agencies they had joined 1432 Hijri.
The purpose of having this eService is to automate the process of receiving feedback from pilgrims. The new eService will allow officially-registered pilgrims to express their views and complaints on the agencies they had selected to help them perform Hajj Read More Read More
